ERC is looking for interns to provide administrative and data management support to multiple ERC departments (HR, Finance, Logistics, MEAL) in Estonia, Ukraine and remotely.

Internship period 2-4 months, start time flexible.
- Assist with documentation, archiving, and data entry.
- Support translation and formatting of internal documents.
- Help prepare reports, assessments, or HR surveys.
- Contribute to internal system improvements and workflow documentation.
- Bachelor’s 2nd to 4th year.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry tools.
- Strong computer and data management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and interested in humanitarian operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of the language in the application country.
- Very good understanding of context in the application country.
Expected learning outcomes

Understanding of core operational functions in humanitarian organizations.
Interns will gain an overview of how HR, finance, logistics, and/or MEAL departments contribute to effective programme delivery and accountability within an NGO setting.

Practical experience in documentation, data management, and compliance.
Interns will develop hands-on skills in digital archiving, data entry, and document formatting, ensuring information integrity and alignment with internal and donor standards.

Knowledge of internal systems and administrative workflows.
Interns will learn how information flows between departments, including personnel management, procurement, and financial tracking processes, gaining insight into organizational efficiency and coordination.

Interns will enhance their ability to collect, organize, and analyze data — including HR or MEAL survey results — and contribute to reporting through concise summaries and visual documentation.
