Description:
Estonian Refugee Council offers timely and relevant training for people with refugee backgrounds as well as various organizations. We are expanding our network of trainers to involve them in various projects in the future. Estonian Refugee Council organizes training sessions on various topics including adaptation to a foreign country, forced migration, job market and job search, mental health support, etc. We are looking for experienced trainers who are fluent in at least one language - Estonian, Russian, English, Ukrainian, Spanish, Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Turkish, Pashto, or any other foreign language from various fields.
Main tasks:
- Conducting training sessions (both in-person and online) using pre-developed training materials in various projects and programmes.
- Supporting the development of training if necessary in collaboration with project or programme specialists.
- Conducting high-quality training sessions and facilitating engaging group discussions.
Expectations towards the candidate:
- You have previous work experience as a trainer.
- You have a higher education degree.
- You have experience in developing training materials.
- You have the ability and experience in using various teaching methods (group discussions, group work, case analysis, etc.) in both in-person and online training sessions.
- You are a very good communicator and can quickly establish contact with people.
- You have an open mind towards cultural differences.
- You speak fluently and can conduct training in at least one language.
- You are independent and good at self-management. You have very good expression and presentation skills.
