The role provides technical support to programme teams in managing and improving digital data systems and associated validation processes. It supports beneficiary deduplication, data quality assurance, and reporting to donors and coordination platforms in line with humanitarian IM and inter-agency standards. The position contributes to monitoring, assessments, and programme analysis, while also assisting with troubleshooting system issues and improving tools based on field feedback.

Ülesanded: 

Programme Technical Support

  • Support the development and application of ERC’s digital tools, and contribute to continuous improvements (standardization and improvement of data collection forms, configuring webform logic, creating scripts for automatic field validation, etc.)
  • Identify and escalate technical digital platform issues from the field team, contributing to troubleshooting and follow-up actions
  • Assist with data validation and analysis related to programme performance and outputs
  • Contribute to learning and programme quality improvements by documenting deduplication (both internal and external), reporting, and referrals challenges, lessons learned, and good practices
  • Support ERC and IP staff training on using the Drupal interface, including new features, file uploads, and updates to existing functionalities

Deduplication, Reporting, and Monitoring

  • Conduct beneficiary deduplication in line with the organisation’s SOPs and using CWG and Clusters-endorsed tools
  • Report achieved targets (monthly, quarterly) to relevant stakeholders (Donors, Consortia, CWG, Clusters) and donors using inter-cluster tools such as ActivityInfo and RAIS+, etc.
  • Contribute to needs assessments, market assessments, and contextual analysis, in coordination with relevant programme teams
  • Support the MEAL team in the design and implementation of monitoring tools and processes

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate and represent the organisation in relevant IM coordination forums, task teams, and consortia working groups
  • Assist with information sharing and coordination related to programming activities, ensuring alignment with agreed inter-agency standards
  • Provide inputs for donor reports, including activity updates, outputs, and challenges
Kandidaadilt eeldame: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Studies, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications in data management, information systems, monitoring and evaluation, or humanitarian IM are an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Information Management, MEAL, programme reporting, or data management within humanitarian or development organisations.
  • Experience working with humanitarian coordination mechanisms, including Clusters, Cash Working Groups (CWG), or consortia structures, is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: must be able to work collaboratively, have strategic thinking, manage professional relationships, provide and receive feedback constructively, be solution-oriented, meet and communicate deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to create and maintain a productive and safe working environment in line with ERC Code of Conduct and Internal Regulations.
  • Languages: Working proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
  • Experience in data management systems and platforms (e.g., Drupal, KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, ActivityInfo, RAIS+, or similar).
  • Experience supporting training or capacity building for staff on digital tools and data systems is an asset.
